3Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Tony88 at any one time. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms. Tony88 employs IP detection, device fingerprinting, and personal information matching to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration. This includes your full name as stated on your MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Tony88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.

3.3 Account Security

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Tony88 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Deposits from third parties, corporate accounts, or methods not listed above will not be accepted and may be returned or forfeited depending on the circumstances.

5Fund Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the Tony88. Withdrawals to third parties are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.

5.2 Processing Time

Tony88 is committed to processing all approved withdrawals within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 working hours. Tony88 reserves the right to request further verification documents for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

• Daily withdrawal limit: RM20,000 per account
• Weekly withdrawal limit: RM80,000 per account
• Withdrawals exceeding this limit require additional approval from Tony88 management

6Bonuses & Promotions

Tony88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for Malaysian members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

6.1 Welcome Bonus (150%, up to RM888)

• Available to new members making their first deposit only.
• A minimum deposit of RM20 is required to qualify.
• Rollover requirement: 20x the bonus value before withdrawals are permitted.
• Must be used within 30 days from the date of credit.
• Cannot be combined with other bonuses unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Weekly Cashback (10%)

• Calculated based on net losses for the week (Monday to Sunday).
• Automatically credited every Monday before 12:00 noon.
• Rollover requirement: 3x the cashback amount received.
• Maximum cashback cap: RM500 per week.

6.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Tony88 has zero tolerance for any form of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, employing betting strategies demonstrably intended to fulfil rollover requirements at minimal risk (e.g., opposing bets), or colluding with other users to exploit the bonus system.

7Game Rules

• All game results are final once confirmed by the tony88 system.
• An internet disconnection during an active game session does not void any spin or bet already in progress. Incomplete rounds will be settled based on the last data received by the server.
• Any technical malfunction that unfairly affects game outcomes will be investigated by tony88, and an appropriate resolution will be provided to affected players.
• For match odds, all bets accepted before the official closing time are valid even if the match has already started.
• Tony88 reserves the right to void or suspend any game if there is strong evidence of fraud or manipulation.

8User Conduct

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party programmes to access or interact with the Tony88 platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate Tony88's systems, software, or data.
• Communicating in a rude, threatening, or abusive manner towards Tony88 staff or other users.
• Sharing or selling your account information to third parties.
• Using your Tony88 account for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that may damage the reputation, operations, or financial interests of Tony88.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including temporary account suspension or permanent account closure. Tony88 reserves the right to report suspected activity to the relevant authorities where necessary.

9Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 By Tony88

Tony88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, money laundering activity, or failure to verify identity.

9.2 By User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team Tony88. Prior to account closure, all eligible funds will be returned to you upon completion of the necessary security checks. Any active bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements will be automatically forfeited.

10Responsible Gaming

13Applicable Laws & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the platform Tony88 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from this document and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
